I'm still very much actively healing old wounds, shifting outdated limiting beliefs, and practicing living fully in my power. HI, I'M ASHTON
Here’ my back story in a nutshell…
There are a lot of things from my past I held guilt and shame around that crippled my confidence for years. Things people told me, things I had done, and things that had been done to me. I lived in anxiety, had a few rough relationships, and self-sabotage leaked into many areas of my life. Imposter syndrome stole my voice and lack of connection I felt from my fear of being seen left me feeling empty and alone.
In my mid-twenties I had cystic acne so bad I would cancel dates and plans with friends. For two years I didn’t leave my home without makeup. Most of all, I really struggled with identifying as a “failure” and fell victim to comparison a lot. To say I struggled with confidence is an understatement. I was trying to do it all on my own and often settling for what I thought I deserved. Finally, I decided for more knowing and believing that I deserved to feel good about me I began "the work".
With heaps of investments in personal growth, coaching, and community I began to feel and see a new me emerge. I began creating deeper certainty within myself and it allowed me to pursue my purpose and stand confidently in my gifts.
AT 30 YEARS OLD QUITE A BIT HAS CHANGED BECAUSE I KNOW I AM A CHILD OF GOD AND SO YOU ARE YOU. WE ARE BEAUTIFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE AND NOTHING WE DO OR THAT HAS HAPPENED TO US AND I MEAN NOTHING CAN DEVALUE OUR WORTH!!! MY LIFE IS DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT THAN IT USED TO BE. ALTHOUGH OUR WORK IS NEVER DONE, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A STUDENT OF LIFE I AM A DIFFERENT WOMAN, ONE WHO COURAGEOUSLY GOES AFTER WHAT SHE DESIRES.
